Merchant Loans is a trading name of Lenzie Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 08174104, registered office Lynch Farm, Kensworth, Dunstable, LU6 3QZ. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect and why

This site has no enquiry form and does not collect funding applications. We collect personal information only when you choose to contact us: the name, contact details and content of an email or a phone call. We use that to answer you, and for nothing else. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence you have initiated.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass your details to funders or brokers. Where a page links to another website, following that link takes you to a separate business with its own privacy policy, and anything you submit there is collected by them rather than by us. Service providers who host this site or our email process data on our instructions.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and to meet legal and professional obligations, then delete it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to our processing, by emailing enquiries@merchantloans.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
